Our Response to COVID-19
We hope you and your families are keeping safe and healthy.
We wanted to provide an update to our customers regarding the corona-virus (COVID-19) and Encore operations. We understand the concern and uncertainty you, your families and businesses may be experiencing at this time and are committed to being responsive, available and helpful to our customers as the situation evolves.
Encore Software remains open, though our team is working from home, and our online stores and other supporting platforms are operating as business as usual. Our sales and support team is continuing to work, with the majority operating remotely, and dedicated to providing timely assistance to your sales and support queries.
For many of you that might be working from home, for the month of April and May we are extending flexibility to use of an existing valid license to one additional PC in order for you to continue to use our product uninterrupted and without requiring an additional license.
As always, we are grateful for your trust and loyalty to the brands you come to love over the years for learning how to type or connecting with loved ones via personalized greeting cards.
